Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, work email, company information, website address, role, location and the content of your enquiry. A Founder Hub OS application may also contain financial ranges, operational information, technology use, leadership readiness and answers about the company’s ability to implement change.
Account and platform activity may create security, authentication and operational records. We also receive basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request times, browser information and network identifiers.
Why we use it
- Respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- Assess Founder Hub OS applications and programme fit.
- Provide authenticated workspaces, funding intelligence and related services.
- Protect accounts, investigate faults and maintain security.
- Operate, measure and improve our products and services.
- Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Lawful bases
We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, compliance with legal obligations and consent where consent is specifically requested. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Application scoring
Founder Hub OS applications are scored against financial fit, urgency, decision authority and execution readiness to help prioritise review. The score supports human assessment. We do not use it to make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Sharing and international processing
We may use vetted hosting, identity, communications, database and professional-service providers where they are needed to operate the service. They may process information only under appropriate instructions and safeguards. If information is processed outside the UK, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where UK law requires one.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of legal claims. Unsuccessful programme applications are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Contract and accounting records may need to be retained for longer periods required by law.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. Rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Contact [email protected] to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Enquiry form and submission storage
The short enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, an optional website and a short description of what you are trying to solve, together with your preferred type of discussion. Completed enquiries and Founder Hub OS applications are recorded on our server so we can respond and manage the request. Internal notifications about a new submission contain only a reference identifier, not your personal information. We ask for your consent on the enquiry form before using these details to respond.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. We record conversion events such as starting or submitting a form and selecting a call to action. We do not send personal information, email addresses, financial answers or the free text of your enquiry into analytics. See our cookie notice for detail on the cookies involved.
