Founder Hub OS / Flagship partnership

We work across the business, not around the edges.

Founder Hub OS is a 12-month working partnership. We find what is wasting money or holding back growth, then help the company fix it. That can mean changing a process, replacing a system, building software or using AI where it is genuinely useful.

We can work across strategy, sales, operations, finance, people, technology, cybersecurity and funding. The work goes where the evidence takes us.

Flagship products

Four platforms. One innovation company.

We build technology internally and apply the same engineering discipline to customer innovation. Each platform addresses a specific operational problem.

FounderHub R&D / Innovation engine

Research with a route to production.

R&D is a core operating function, not a marketing label. We separate early research from finished products, test claims against evidence and advance programmes only when the capability is real.

01

Research

Prove the technical thesis.

Research begins with a specific question, a measurable test and a clear statement of what would disprove the idea. A project stays here until the mechanism can be observed and repeated.

Work at this stage

  • Define the hypothesis
  • Build the smallest useful experiment
  • Record methods and results
  • Separate observed evidence from interpretation

Exit criteria

A repeatable result and enough evidence to justify building a working prototype.

Orion

Governed AI executive and autonomous operations research

Orion explores how an AI executive system could plan, coordinate work and use tools while remaining subject to identity, authority, approval and evidence controls.

Current evidence
Research architecture and bounded workflow experiments. Orion is not presented as a finished autonomous executive.
Next milestone
Demonstrate a governed end-to-end task with explicit human authority and a reviewable execution record.
Sprout

Deterministic symbolic reasoning and evidence-led learning

Sprout tests whether a compact symbolic system can learn and answer through explicit facts and rules rather than relying entirely on probabilistic generation.

Current evidence
A growing fact base, adversarial tests and recorded failure cases are used to measure progress. Capability remains limited and developmental.
Next milestone
Improve entity resolution and raise performance on the existing adversarial evaluation set without weakening deterministic controls.
02

Prototype

Turn research into a working system.

A prototype proves that the important parts can work together outside a notebook. It is built to expose technical risk, not to imitate a finished commercial product.

Work at this stage

  • Connect the core components
  • Test real inputs and failure paths
  • Measure performance and control boundaries
  • Document what remains unproven

Exit criteria

A working system that can be tested safely by selected operators in a defined private beta.

BHE

Governance, memory and evidence infrastructure

BlackHole Ecosystem brings authority, policy, approval, memory, orchestration and evidence into one governed execution approach for enterprise AI.

Current evidence
Individual governance and execution components have been tested in controlled workflows. The complete platform remains under integration and validation.
Next milestone
Prove the integrated path across identity, policy, approval, execution and evidence under a realistic enterprise workflow.
Earth intelligence

AI applied to Earth-observation data

This programme investigates practical uses of AI for interpreting Earth-observation data and producing operational intelligence for organisations.

Current evidence
The opportunity and technical direction are being evaluated. No production capability or validated customer outcome is claimed.
Next milestone
Select a bounded use case, confirmed data source and measurable operational question for the first prototype.
03

Private beta

Validate capability with real operators.

Private beta puts a bounded system in front of selected users. The goal is to learn whether it works in real operations, where it fails and what must change before wider release.

Work at this stage

  • Commission a controlled environment
  • Train selected operators
  • Measure workflow and control performance
  • Record incidents, feedback and corrections

Exit criteria

Reliable use in the agreed scope, resolved critical risks and evidence that the product delivers a useful operational result.

IRIS

Intelligent finance workflows

IRIS is an accounting product first. It combines real accounting workflows with governed financial execution, approvals and evidence rather than placing a chatbot beside the ledger.

Current evidence
Core accounting, receivables, payables, reporting and governed execution paths are under controlled validation. General availability is not claimed.
Next milestone
Complete the browser-accessible production path and independent operational verification before broader use.
Stella AI

Automated IT and security operations

Stella AI handles selected IT support and security workflows, including identity-aware intake, ticket creation and approved remediation with human escalation.

Current evidence
Voice intake, identity verification, ticketing and selected remediation paths have been validated in controlled workflows.
Next milestone
Run a bounded commercial pilot and measure response time, completion rate, escalation quality and operator workload.
04

Commercial

Deploy, measure and grow.

Commercial status means the defined service or product can be delivered to a customer with clear scope, support, responsibility and outcome measurement.

Work at this stage

  • Agree scope and commercial terms
  • Commission the production environment
  • Measure service and business outcomes
  • Improve through controlled releases

Exit criteria

Commercial is an operating stage rather than an endpoint. Products remain subject to measurement, governance and continued development.

FounderHub

Funding and AI adoption platform

FounderHub connects verified opportunity intelligence, application preparation, AI adoption and product execution so funding activity has a route into real delivery.

Current evidence
The opportunity engine, archive and founder workspace are live. Application preparation and additional governed support capabilities continue to develop.
Next milestone
Expand the founder workflow from opportunity discovery through evidence preparation, submission readiness and funded execution.
Applied programmes

Customer-specific innovation delivery

Applied programmes use FounderHub research, engineering and governance capability to solve a defined operational problem for an organisation.

Current evidence
Each programme is assessed and evidenced separately. A customer-specific result is not treated as proof that the same approach works everywhere.
Next milestone
Select strong-fit partners, establish a baseline and publish only outcomes that can be supported by evidence.
R&D operating principle

Evidence before opinion. Deterministic before probabilistic. Governance before autonomy.

Innovation roadmap

From idea to growth.

A single, accountable path connecting strategy, capital, technology and commercial outcomes.

  1. 01

    Idea

Define the problem, evidence and commercial objective.

We turn the initial idea into a testable brief: the user, the operational problem, the evidence already available and the result worth paying for.

  2. 02

    Fund

Find the right capital, grant or procurement route.

We assess eligibility, timing, match funding and evidence before committing effort. The output is a credible funding path, not a list of links.

  3. 03

    Build

Engineer the prototype, product or AI capability.

We scope the smallest system that can prove the important claim, then build it with security, ownership and measurable acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Validate

Test with users, controls and measurable outcomes.

Real operators use the system in a bounded setting. We record performance, failures, control effectiveness and what must change before wider release.

  5. 05

    Grow

Commercialise, deploy and improve with evidence.

We connect pricing, procurement, adoption and delivery capacity. Growth follows demonstrated value and an operating model that can support it.

What changes

Innovation should produce an operational result.

The goal is not another strategy document. It is a stronger application, a working prototype, a governed deployment, a commercial pilot or a product ready to scale.

Define the outcome
01

Funded

A credible case matched to the right capital route.

We verify fit, requirements, timing and evidence, then prepare the argument and submission material around work the organisation can actually deliver.

02

Built

A working product or technical capability.

The result is functioning software, integration or technical capability with an agreed scope, acceptance tests and a clear owner.

03

Governed

Security, evidence and control built into operation.

Identity, authority, approval, policy, logging and human intervention are designed into consequential workflows before they enter production.

04

Validated

Measurable proof from real users and workflows.

A bounded pilot records what worked, what failed, how controls performed and whether the change improved the agreed operational measure.

05

Commercial

A clear route to revenue, adoption and scale.

The product has a defined buyer, delivery model, price logic and route into procurement or adoption. Claims remain tied to evidence.

06

Defensible

Reusable IP, data and operational advantage.

Useful components, structured data, documented methods and operating controls remain with the organisation and become harder to imitate over time.

Industries served

Built for consequential work.

We focus where automation, evidence, security and commercial execution matter together.

01

Legal + professional services

Secure evidence, governed AI and workflow automation.

Typical work includes controlled evidence capture, matter workflows, approval routes and automation that preserves professional accountability.

02

Finance + accounting

Intelligent operations, controls and audit-ready systems.

We focus on ledger-connected workflows, financial authority, reconciliation, operational evidence and better visibility into cash, margin and close.

03

IT + managed services

AI service delivery, remediation and cybersecurity.

We connect intake, identity, ticketing, approved remediation and human escalation so automation can complete defined service work safely.

04

Public sector + innovation

Funding readiness, procurement and responsible adoption.

We help teams define a credible use case, establish governance, find a suitable route to market and build evidence for procurement or funding.

05

Space + Earth observation

Applied research and operational intelligence.

Our work explores bounded uses of AI and Earth-observation data where a clear operational question, data source and validation method can be established.

06

Startups + scaleups

A direct route from concept to funded commercial product.

We connect market definition, funding readiness, product engineering and early commercial validation so the company can advance one coherent plan.
